Your orders are being shipped via DHL/UPS express delivery by air. How Fast Can You Receive Your Order?
DHL/UPS to all international destinations is swift and convenient. Imports & Customs Clearance
Import and customs clearance at destination is professionally handled by the forwarder, either DHL or UPS. They’ll take care of the necessary paperwork and documentation, and you can rest assure that both DHL and UPS know how to handle these procedures swift and conveniently. In some cases you may get contacted by the express courier and in order for them to have you confirm details of a delivery and to speed up the clearance process and allow for swift and early delivery of your wholesale LED lighting equipment.
In case any additional documentation is required by DHL for customs clearance, Eosled will assist you fully and provide you with any additional paperwork required and within the power of our possibilities, however the process of local import and customs clearance at destination is responsibility of the buyer and the exact process may vary from location to location, but your local DHL will have experience with streamlining the clearance.
Import Tax & VAT
Depending on your country, you may have to pay a small a small percentage of tariffs during import of LED lighting products. In some countries there is no additional import taxes for your LED lighting orders, however for imports to the Eurpean Union or the USA usually tax is required.
As an example, the import tax for your wholesale orders of LED downlights or other LED lighting products wholesale to the EU according to TARIC code 9405403920 is usually 4.7% only:
You may need to pay VAT during import into the EU or USA, but as a company you’ll get this refunded on a monthly or quarterly basis from the tax authorities. As a company you’ll have a VAT registration number, and using this you’re able to refund the VAT and get your back your money.
In case of any local sales tax, VAT or import duty this will be calculated when your order arrives at your country, and DHL/UPS will take care of this for your during customs clearance. In most cases there is nothing to pay, but if your country imposed any additional taxes the courier will take help you handle this professionally during clearance and you’ll then simply receive a small surcharge bill from DHL.

All Eosled products are covered by a 36 months manufacturer warranty. Less than 1% of all orders are subject to returns.
In the unlikely event that one of our products should prove to be not working correctly all you need is to return this to us according to our terms of service and warranty and return policy – and we will gladly repair and return your products or even refund your money as a quick solution to help you regain your confidence in our products and services, easy!
In case you experience any issues with one of your Eosled LED downlights, please do contact us first and we will do our best to advise you and find a solution. Any returns must be discussed with Eosled Customer Support in advance, and authorized so they are sent with the correct paperwork. We can only accept returns with a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number. To receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number all you need to do is to fill out our RMA form or contact your Eosled account manager who will help you out with more.
In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair or refund under the 36 months manufacturer warranty, occurring shipping costs returning the products to Eosled is payable by you and shall not be compensated by Eosled. Make sure that you also read our Terms of Service.
Eosled will not accept responsibility for products, which, in its opinion, have been the subject of undue wear and tear, accident, misuse, improper application or neglect. Customization and logo printings are subject to a normal ware-off and are not covered by this warranty.
