Unless otherwise specified, all Eosled products come with a three year limited warranty to the original purchaser, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

Eosled Limited’s entire liability and the customer’s exclusive remedy shall be, at Eosled Limited’s option, either the (a) repair or (b) replacement of the product, which is returned to Eosled Limited freight prepaid with a copy of the original purchase receipt.

If failure has resulted from accident, abuse or misapplication, Eosled Limited shall have no obligation to repair or replace. In no event shall Eosled Limited be responsible for incidental or consequential damage caused by defects in its products, whether the damage occurs or is discovered before or after replacement or repair, and whether or not the damage is caused by the negligence of Eosled Limited.
