THE WEBSITE IS OWNED AND OPERATED BY EOSLED LIMITED (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "EOSLED"). YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE (AND ITS ENTIRE CONTENTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE TEXT, DATA, INFORMATION, MATERIALS, SOFTWARE, AND GRAPHICS CONTAINED OR PROVIDED THROUGH IT IN ANY FORM OR MEDIA AND ALL SERVICES THAT MAY BE PROVIDED IN CONJUNCTION WITH IT), ALL SUCH INFORMATION AND SERVICES, (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SERVICES") IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT (THE "AGREEMENT"). 1. PRIVACY POLICY

EOSLED LIMITED is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. EOSLED LIMITED collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

Our website offers several opportunities for visitors to register for promotional and informational mailings, online webinars and resources, and for assistance in evaluating our products and services. These registration forms enable users to opt-in to EOSLED LIMITED  mailing lists and require users to give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this contact information to send information about our company and our products and services. 2. MEMBER POLICY

EOSLED LIMITED encourages customers from all over the world to become members. Registering with EOSLED LIMITED is Free of Charge and is the the easiest way to understand the supply of LED market in China, especially for the pricing of China LED lighting fixtures. Because registered members can find exact latest price for each item as long as they login into their accounts.

At present, there is only one member level called " Registered Member ". Before you place an order with us online, please make sure that pricing of goods are different according to different quantity. Of course you can easily find the price list with Quantity and Price on each page of product details.

Payment Terms:

- If your order quantity is more than US$5,000, our payment terms is: 50% payment before production, balance should be paid before delivery.

- If your order quantity is less than US$5,000, our payment terms is: 100% payment before.

4. SHIPPING POLICY

We ship almost entirely via DHL and shipping charge should be paid before shipping unless otherwise specified. Because the shipping charge is calculated online based on DHL transport expense. If you specify Fedex, UPS, TNT or EMS and so on, the shipping charge should be re-calculated.

Our worry free shipping method includes five-layer cardboard boxes to form fit your goods. Using this method, we are proud to uphold a ZERO PERCENT claims damage rate. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-72 hours upon receipt of your full payment. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship out your order as soon as possible. We use recycled boxes and packing materials for mail orders.

To see your shipping charges in advance of placing an order, please refer to following steps:

4.3. Click on the " View Cart " button beside the picture of shopping cart in the upper right hand corner. This will bring up a page that show you all the added items in your cart;

4.5. Click the " Next " button below the " Shipping Information ", you will find the Price that is the total shipping charge you want to see.

5. RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is what we strive for. We offer a comprehensive return policy to you. Before you want to return goods, please fistly contact us to discuss the problem you are having. Most of the time we can solve the problem by giving technical support and you need not to send anything back. If there are irremediable defects with the goods, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our warranty.

Return Requirement

Please return us the unbroken LED light fixtures as well as the outer package. If the goods need to be returned to us, meanwhile you need to make sure the products tags should be in perfect condition. And we can't accept the return if the returned goods are in defective condition, such as the goods without the products tags or damaged tags or without resending the outer package.

Return shipping fee

If it is our mistake, we will pay the shipping fee. But if it is not our reason for an exchange, you need to afford the return shipping fee for your sending back and the shipping fee for us to resend the package.

5.1. Non-product-quality problems, such as the color, sharp or appearance of the eosled.com. The pictures and information are only for reference, the sample is subject to the real products which you receive.

5.2. We can`t offer you the refund if you loss any part of the products, and you need to add the lose parts.

5.3. We don`t accept the refund if you use the prodcuts in uncorrect way.

5.4. We will not be responsible for the goods if the goods are not completely returned to us.

Products Approval

our customer service will check out and reply to you after we receive the returned products ( reply to you within 3 days ). If it`s the case, we will give you the refund and you can check it out on the order detail from our website.

1. We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, you should contact us for return address first. All eosled.com on sale sent back to us must be in their original condition and not altered, and with all tags attached.

2. All ordered items are the right items you pick here. We promise you of the right order package. So if you want to return the products for a refund, all returned items are subject to a restocking fee. So we will deduct our shipping fee from your order. And refund all the rest money to you.

3. If you want returns or exchanges, we do not cover the shipping cost ( if it is not our fault ). So you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you insurance for your package, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Moreover, we could not refund your money or exchange for you, if we have not received the returned package. The signature at the EMS website is the proof that we have received the package.

4. We will email the shipping address to you after you get our feedback here. All returned products should be sent to that return address.

5. We will accept exchanges for a different color within 7 days after you received the items, please contact us with your item number and our costomer service will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items and send us the link and size of the style you want to exchange.

6. GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT

6.4. YOU WILL NOT USE THIS SERVICE NETWORK TO ENGAGE IN ANY ACTIVITIES THAT MAY ADVERSELY AFFECT THE NORMAL OPERATION OF THE WEBSITE; 
6.5. YOU WILL NOT ATTEMPT TO INTERFERE WITH, DISRUPT, CONNECT TO, OR VIOLATE THE SERVER OR THE SECURITY MEASURES OF THE SERVICES; 
6.6.  YOU WILL NOT RESTRICT, OR INTERFERE WITH ANOTHER MEMBER'S USE AND ENJOYMENT OF THE SERVICES; 
6.7.  YOU WILL IMMEDIATELY INFORM THE WEBSITE OF ANY UNAUTHORIZED OR ILLEGAL USE OF USER ACCOUNTS OR BREACH OF SECURITY OF THE WEBSITE.

7.4.  YOU WILL NOT USE THIS SERVICE NETWORK TO ENGAGE IN ANY ACTIVITIES THAT MAY ADVERSELY AFFECT THE NORMAL OPERATION OF THE WEBSITE; 
7.5.  YOU WILL NOT ATTEMPT TO INTERFERE WITH, DISRUPT, CONNECT TO, OR VIOLATE THE SERVER OR THE SECURITY MEASURES OF THE SERVICES; 
7.6.  YOU WILL NOT RESTRICT, OR INTERFERE WITH ANOTHER MEMBER'S USE AND ENJOYMENT OF THE SERVICES;
